Three research aims have been formulated:
Firstly, to formulate the results of research and projects to provide a theoretical as well as practical application to solve real-world problems to benefit the target audience, especially SMMEs and communities.
Secondly, the impact of the above would provide a paradigm shift not only for SMMEs, but also to provide broader applications for other organisations. It is therefore aimed that these findings would become accepted strategies for dynamic initiatives pertaining to socioeconomic and technology environments.
Thirdly, the various solutions to be such that they not only solve real problems but also facilitate the implications viewed from a practical implementation perspective.
